Consulting Services

In addition to traditional tax and accounting services, our firm offers specialized consulting services to address a variety of client needs.  These services include:

Business Plan Development:  Business plan development for start-up firms seeking debt and equity financing, and existing firms considering an expansion or acquisition.

Business Acquisition and Divestiture Consulting: Financial analysis, due diligence and tax advisory services related to the acquisition or sale of a business.

Financial Management and Controllership:  Financial statement analysis, including benchmarking versus budgetary plan, historical data and peers;  financial management, including cash management and forecasting.

Business Valuation: Business valuations, including value determinations to calculate estate tax upon death, to split up family assets in a divorce, or to negotiate value in a purchase, sale or merger of a business enterprise.  Glenn Schanel has earned the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and is a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers.

Litigation Support: Services relating to legal matters, such as divorce, partnership break-ups and commercial litigation. These services include lifestyle analyses, recommendations regarding equitable distributions, and forensic accounting. In connection with these services, Mr. Schanel provides expert witness testimony.
